For 7 years I have been making Loudoun County athletes stronger. My goal is to build well-rounded, strong bodies that can support any sport and help prevent overuse injuries. For two seasons, I led the Loudoun County High School Crew Team building endurance and strength. I have provided supplemental training for D1, competitive, high school and middle school swim, volleyball, basketball, soccer and lacrosse players to make them stronger on the field / court.
